Deeds and I have found a new pass time.  Flying kites.  This afternoon he needed to burn off some energy so we went to the park.  Just he and I.  We picked up a couple cheap kites from a local store and decided to see if he wanted to try it out.  HE LOVED THEM!  Throwing the kite into the air was his favorite part.  Close second would be trying to grab the tail as it was flying and yelling at me to “RUN FASTER MOMMY” because there wasn’t a strong enough wind to really keep it up with out help.

I can’t wait till the weather is nice again and maybe we get a bit stronger of a wind.  I have a feeling he will be asking to go out again and I’m not sure he will understand the concept of waiting for the wind to pick up.  Maybe I just need to find a place that is always windy.
